SeleneTruro & District

Brave Selene is just happy to be alive.
When this poor little cat went into the vets to be spayed, xrays showed that she was peppered with airgun pellets. Some wicked person had shot her, seemingly on several separate occasions, and she is extremely lucky to be with us today.
Now although she is fully recovered health wise, she is still emotionally scarred by her experience and understandably is a bit hesitant on first meeting new people. Her fosterers tell us that once she has been properly introduced she just purrs and purrs.
She would prefer a quiet home with an older, patient person or family and would probably be best in a home without dogs but could probably cope ok with a kindly, older cat.
Can you help our dear Selene`s scars to heal?
